About Kirsten

Kirsten joined Holmes Mackillop in June 2016.

After graduating with an honours degree in Law and French from Glasgow University in 2013, Kirsten completed her Diploma at Strathclyde University on a part-time basis allowing her to gain valuable experience as an Advocacy Worker with the Advocacy Project in Glasgow representing a variety of client groups including those with disabilities and mental health issues. Prior to joining Holmes Mackillop Kirsten then worked with ACAS in their Early Conciliation Team.

Kirsten has experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including share sales and purchases, asset acquisitions, management buyouts, share reorganisations and corporate restructuring as well as shareholders’ agreements. She also advises on employment issues including grievance and disciplinary matters and settlement agreements.
